EXECUTIVE PROFILE
Leadership grounded in governance and execution
CPA Robinson Bernard Magulu is a financial-sector executive, governance professional and practitioner-scholar with more than two decades of leadership experience across central banking, commercial banking, professional advisory, institutional transformation and board governance.
He was appointed Interim Executive Director of WALIMU on 20 August 2026, following service on the Board and its Finance, Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation leadership. In the interim executive role, he is providing continuity, strengthening accountability and governance, supporting staff alignment, and advancing disciplined delivery across WALIMU’s public-health, research and development-partner portfolio.
His professional approach integrates financial stewardship, risk oversight, strategy execution, stakeholder engagement and organisational renewal. This combination enables him to connect board-level governance with practical operational delivery, particularly in complex, regulated and donor-funded environments.
